First Time at a Live Boxing Event? What to Expect at Aftershock Fights

Never been to a fight night? Here's how tickets, doors, seating, and the card work at Aftershock Fights I on October 10 at Battle Zone Boxing in Pinellas Park.

Live amateur boxing is one of the best nights out in sports — close, loud, and personal in a way arena events never are. If it's your first time, here's the whole thing, start to finish.

Tickets

Buy online at aftershockfights.com/tickets — General Admission $20 or VIP ringside $30 (both $5 more at the door). Your tickets arrive by email with a QR code each. No app, no account. Forwarding the email to a friend transfers the ticket.

Fight day

  • Where: Battle Zone Boxing, 6481 102nd Ave N, Pinellas Park, FL 33782.
  • Doors open 12:00 PM. First bell 1:00 PM. Ringside fills first — come early.
  • At the door, show the QR on your phone (or a printout). It scans once, and you're in.
  • VIP is ringside seating plus the meet & greet and event merch; General Admission is open floor seating, first come first served.

The card

Amateur bouts are short and fast — typically three rounds — so the card moves and every fight matters. Bouts are matched by weight and experience and sanctioned by the Florida Amateur Boxing Confederation, with licensed officials and medical staff at ringside. The matchups are posted on the event page as they're confirmed.
