Tickets, refunds & transfers

How do tickets work?: Buy online, and your tickets arrive by email — each one with its own QR code, plus a calendar invite. At the door, show the QR on your phone (or a printout) and you're in. No account, no app, no password.
What does buying online save me?: Online is always cheaper than the door — every tier lists both prices (for Aftershock Fights I: VIP and General Admission both save $5 online). Walk-up tickets are sold at the venue at the door price while seats last.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?: Yes. Forward the ticket email — the QR code is the ticket, and it works for whoever shows it first. Each QR scans exactly once, so don't share it with more than one person.
What's the refund policy?: If we cancel or reschedule an event, you'll be offered a full refund through the platform. Otherwise tickets are non-refundable — but you can transfer them (see above). Questions on a specific order: contact us with your order email and we'll sort it out.
I lost my ticket email.: Use the “My Tickets” link in the footer — enter the email you bought with and we'll resend your tickets. Or contact us with your name and we'll find the order.
What's the difference between VIP and General Admission?: VIP is ringside seating with the meet & greet and event merch. General Admission is open floor seating, first come first served. Both prices are listed on the event page.

Fight night

When should I arrive?: Doors open at 12:00 PM; first bell is 1:00 PM on Sat, Oct 10, 2026. Ringside fills first — come early.
Where is it?: Battle Zone Boxing, 6481 102nd Ave N, Pinellas Park, FL. There's a map link on the event page.
Is it sanctioned?: Yes — Aftershock Fights cards are sanctioned by the Florida Amateur Boxing Confederation: licensed officials, medical supervision, and bouts matched for safety and fairness.
Can I bring kids? What about accessibility and parking?: Ask us before you buy — venue-specific details (age policy, accessibility, parking) are confirmed per event and we'll answer straight. Use the contact form and pick “Tickets & orders”.

For fighters & coaches

How do I get on a card?: Register at aftershockfights.com/fight — one form, then confirm your email. Our matchmakers build every card from that roster and reach out when there's a bout that fits your weight and experience.
I'm a coach with several fighters.: Use the team registration at /fight/team — enter your info once and add every fighter. They all land on the roster under your gym, and each fighter with an email gets their own private edit link.
Do I need a USA Boxing or FABC membership ID?: Not to register — the fields are optional. Sanctioned bouts do require the appropriate amateur registration; if you're matched, we'll walk you through exactly what the sanctioning body needs before fight night.
How do I update my info later?: Go to /fight/manage, enter your email, and we send you a private one-hour link to edit your profile. No passwords.
When are weigh-ins and the rules meeting?: Weigh-ins for Aftershock Fights I are at 8:00 AM at the venue on fight day. Matched fighters also receive the rules-meeting details and what to bring by email once the card is confirmed with the sanctioning body.
